When I ordered the part on line, I used your diagram to select what I needed. No a picture, or dimensions. Well, Matag changed the part before your warehouse shipped so I received the wrong part. I called to fix the error. Kelly ordered a new part, the correct # this time, but I would have to ship the part back AND the price doubled in the 5 days since I ordered the first one. I call again and talk to Paulette, said she'd research and call me back - never did. Called again, talked to Jennifer. She said she would credit my charge card for the first transaction and I didnt have to return the incorrect bin. The second order was correct but the price still doubled which I think is wrong.

Answered my question. Sent the part quickly. Wonderful place to deal with.
