How do I remove the top slide out tray to get the bottom tray out also ?

Hi Arend, thank you for the question. You may need to slide the drip tray out towards you, all the way to the stopping point. Lift on the back of the drip tray and continue sliding towards you to remove. To remove the bottom part drip tray, remove the two head screws, then slide the tray out towards you until the front guide pins are free from the dispenser housing and remove it. Glad to be of help!
