Refrigerator is about 2 years old, problem just started a few weeks ago.Ice maker problem:
makes ice fine but a very small amount of water drips out of the ice maker into the ice collection bucket. so far i:
-remvoved the ice maker, turned the water supply back on and no water came out of the tube over a period of time so i concluded the valve was closing properly.
-inspected the icemaker looking for a crack in the cube but couldn't find one. i'm still guessing this is the problem as it appears to only drip at the beginning of the cube making cyle.
-or is there an adjustment of how much water goes into the tray? possibly overfilling?
any help would be appreciated.

There is a reset button on your ice maker, locate this button and reset, see if this solves your problem.
You should try a hard reset first. Go to your breaker box, turn the breaker for your unit off, wait 5 minutes, and turn the breaker back on. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Ice maker stopped working.The drinking water is still working. The ice maker doesn’t seem to be trying to make ice at all.

Hello Jim, Thank you for the question. I suggest pouring water into the ice maker to see if it runs and makes ice normally. You can test the Cycling thermostat, PartSelect Number PS11743313 with a multi meter to check for continuity as well and if it tests to be good, you may need to replace the defective ice maker.
