We replaced the sensor but that did not fix the problem. Any idea on what else it may be? The range is only 4 years old. Thanks
For model number WFE714HLAS0
Hi Shelley, Thank you for the question. If the sensor did not fix the issue, then the Electronic Control Board will need to be replaced, Part Number: PS11753211. Hope this helps!

The oven takes a long time to heat up. Can I assume it is the element?
For model number KERS303BXH
Hi David, thank you for the question. We have concluded that the issue is with the temperature sensor, part number PS11749737, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this sorts out your problem!
It's the night before Thanksgiving and the element in our oven has burnt out. My question is can you temporarily swap the broiler element with the bottom element?
For model number WFE540H0AW0
Hello Randy, thank you for a very interesting question. Based on our research, the only difference between the two elements is in shape and how it mounts. You could swap them around as long as it does not rest on the floor of the oven. We would not recommend any hacks, we would recommend using the compatible bake element. The compatible bake element for your model is part number PS11703285. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week!
