BLENDER COLLAR
I HAVE TRIED REPEATEDLY TO PLACE IT ON THE BOWL, AND IT WON'T GO ON COMPLETELY. I HAVE REMOVED IT AND TRY IT AGAIN AND IT STILL WON'T WORK. I HAVE EVEN PUT IN A NEW GASKET AND TRIED IT AND SAME THING, NO LUCK. I HATE TO HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING TO SEND IT BACK, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. ANY IDEAS?

The left hand threaded but losses torque and allows the shaft to "wobble"
Twist the bottom collar off toss in trash receptacle. Install new collar, insure seal is properly seated and twist on, it will be a tad hard at first but will loosen with use. When you clean the collar check to make sure the nut is tight to insure life long use. Or you will be purchasing another unit very soon.
