This part has cracks, would that create a unbalanced load..
For model number WTW6400SWZ

Hello Victor, Thank you for the question. This part acts like an agitator and creates a magnetic field that pushes on the magnets in the rotor to make it move. If damaged it may not agitate, error messages and an unbalanced load. Thank you for your inquiry, good luck with this repair!

I have replaced suspension rods.My washing machine still walks the floor. I seen this part is cracked in 5 places will it stop the banging if i replace it?
For model number 110.27062603

Hello Cindy, thank you for your question. If the part is cracked it is most likely the issue with the unit banging around. We would recommend replacing it. I hope this helps!

Washer stops working in the middle of the cycle and there is "ol" code (even with small load of a couple t-shirts)
For model number 110.27092603
PartSelect logo
Hello Michelle, thank you for writing. The OL code indicates that the washer is overloaded. If there is not actually an overload of the washer and it indicates this code, then it is most likely a faulty Electronic Machine and Motor Control Board part PS11749893 for your model. We hope this helps.

Hi Darrin, thank you for your question. You may want to take a look at your suspension for being the issue. It sounds like you may need to replace that part. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

I can see some cracks in my Stader, there is also some leaking oil. Do I need to also replace the bearings?
For model number WTW6600SW2
PartSelect logo
Hi Joann, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the stator motor assembly has nothing to do with the oil leaking. It only generates a magnetic field to rotate the tub. The oil or grease comes out of the basket hub kit. We recommend checking the basket hub kit, part number PS11723155, to fix the leaking issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Washer gets to agitate cycle and stops??
For model number WTW7340XW0
PartSelect logo
Hi Sheila, Thank you for your question. If the washer is not agitating, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the basket hub, the sensor and the lid lock assembly. The timer may be an issue as well. Try using a different cycle and see if the washer will agitate. If it does, then you will need to replace the timer. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I am trying to confirm if my Whirlpool washer is belt driven or not. I am being told it is not. So after the washer has run a cycle, i have oil/grease type sling splatters from underneath the washer. So, what part is needed to fixed or replaced? Is it the stator, the gear or bearing that is inside the stator? Please help if you can. Thank you.
For model number WTW6200VW0
PartSelect logo
Hello Don, thank you for writing. There is no Belt on your washer. You will want to check both the Stator part PS11754517 and the Rotor part PS993018 for your model as the cause of the grease. We hope this helps.
