How can i see a picture of this before i order it? This refrigerator has white doors, yet the front of the water dispensing unit looks yellowed to me. I want to know if this replacement will match the front of the fridge or if it will also look slightly yellow in comparison. Thanks!

Every time I pull the shelf out, ice falls out and down to the bottom of the freezer.

We suggest checking the Ice Bin to make sure it is properly seated so the ice cubes are not missing the bin when the Ice Maker dumps the cubes and sitting on the back of the shelf. I have purchased a home with a 2002 Kenmore Elite refrigerator that has an ice maker. It is attached to the water line. It didn't have a water filter in it so I bought one. The directions say to remove the cartridge grille cap from the old cartridge and slide it onto the new filter. I don't have an old cartridge so therefore don't have a cartridge grille cap to install. Are they available to purchase?
