as advertised-I would look at the drawings better next time to order all four at once. repair went well-dryer's nice and quiet now.

Little effort to take the Maytag dryer apart but drum support roller fit perfectly

The wheel was what I needed. I didn't need the axle and I think that jacked the price up. I'm a newbie, so when the part finder said this wheel/axle combo was the one that fit my dryer (Maytag Neptune MDE9700AYW) and didn't offer the wheel without the axle, I wasn't confident enough to try to find the same part without the axle for less money. The repair itself was not a walk in the park. For this model, you have to take the entire machine apart to access the rear wheels. I needed help to hold the drum in order to get it in and out. Lots of reaching around blindly. Also, lots of sharp edges in there - wear gloves or keep plenty of bandages on hand. But I managed to get it all back together and machine no longer screeches like a dying rodent, so all's well that ends well. Context: I'm a 57 year old single female, work out 5 days/week (i.e. stronger than average). Started doing my own repairs just to see if I could; I like the challenge.
