The freezer collects a sheet of ice on bottom then will leak on floor. We have turned off water to ice machine.

Hello Tena, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the tubing to see if there is a crack or leak. Also watch to see if the ice maker is over filling. If the ice maker is over filling you may need to replace the Water Inlet Valve. You can also check the P-Trap, Part Number: PS8691807 to make sure it is not clogged and need to be cleaned out or replaced. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
Hello, My damper works intermittently so the upper part get warm and then cold agian. The freezer work great. What controls the damper opening/closing?

According to our research, the main control board manages the function of cooling, but before replacing the main control board, we would recommend replacing the damper control assembly, part number PS11756641, to fix the issue.
