Does a replacement control panel & touchpad come with installation instructions? Are any special tools required?
For model number 66513412K701
Hi Harry,
Thank you for your question. We get our parts prepackaged from the manufacturer and they may or may not come with instructions. There is a video on our website that you can reference on how to remove/install the control panel. The dishwasher in the video may not show exactly like the one you have and the part being installed is an electronic control board, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. You will find the video under part number PS11748220. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Quick was light flashes continuously, nothing is working, tried clearing out the code but still flashes, would this be the touch pad control panel? Is there a way to diagnose this to make sure?
For model number 665.13112K700
Hi Bill,
Thank you for your question. The issue is likely either the control panel or the electronic control board. The control panel may have a shorted keypad. You will need to test the parts with a multimeter to see which part is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Purchased in march 2009, the white front touchpad control panel (partselect number: Ps11748199) has lost two round "covers" from two touchpads, one of which is used most often. They just split around the perimeter of each round touch button and fell off. However, the dishwasher still operates fine and the touchpad button still works without its "cover." One of the plastic covers was retrieved. Should I try to glue it back on? Is this worth pursuing if the dishwasher still operates okay?
