Dishes aren’t getting clean.The docking station that serves the upper water spray looks broken. The top flapper doesn’t flap closed. The bottom one seems to be unused and will open and close. Could the upper flapper be the problem? If so, what part do i order?

I was not getting any water from the middle or upper sprayers. I removed all of he parts using your videos as a guide. I found that item #12 has two stainless steel balls inside of it. What do they do - some kind of one-way flow controller?

Hello Richard, Thank you for the question. The 2 balls in the sump are check balls and allow the unit to go into the drain. Hope this helps!

The dishes in the top basket come out dirty sometimes. do you think by replacing this valve will fix problem?
