Upper rack front guide wheels had worn completely and would slip out of the guide rail
Replacement parts were an exact match so overall it was pretty simple. At the front end of the rack guide rail there is a removable stop. After removing the stop the old guide wheels can be removed from their "axles" (actually a part of the wire rack is bent at 90 deg to act as an axle), and simply moved forward and out of the guide rail. Took a few minutes to clean the guide rail, then installed the new guide wheels and pressed the removable stop back into place. Works like new.

Broken track whell on upper rack
Very easy to replace the roller. First I removed the stop on the top slide. Then I unsnapped the old roller. The new roller just snapped right in place. Then I put the drawer slide back on.... Took less than 5 minutes.

Upper wheel rack broke
This was very easy to fix, just pop out the old one and install the new one. I saved $60-$75 on a repairman coming out to fix the thing in 5 minutes. Truly, I received the part from PartSelect in two days after placing the on-line order. We were up and running in between loads.

Upper rack wheels were missing
On a Saturday I ordered the wheels from Parts Select ( with
a most helpful young lady, and on Tuesday, the parts arrived
at my residence.

Before I found Parts Select, I had gone to TWO local appliance stores, and they were "unable" to find in their
computer(s), and parts book(s), the replacement wheels.
