The part I need looks like part #3 in the diagram. It is the seal under the door measuring 21" x 1" item #3123. I also need adhesive item #4369899. Do you have these in stock?

Is this the part i would need for a lower door seal that is not working for the above-identified model? And if so is there a specific adhesive i need? Also is there another seal i should be getting for the door possibly for this model? Please advise. Thank you

Hello Lora, thank you for your question. Yes, this black frame is the part that includes the bottom door seal. The tub seal is the only other part that might be bad, that goes around the tub and is PartSelect Number: PS11755809. I hope this helps!

Whirlpool dishwasher mod.# DU810SWPQ0
To repair a door leak I replaced the door gasket PS11755809 and the inner door frame PS11747071; this stopped to leak. However during operation the detergent door did not open. How do you align/attach the detergent door opening mechanism when you install the inner door cover?
Also the replaced inner door frame did not have a bottom gasket installed on it.Just wondering if the gasket was never installed from the factory.

Hello Paul, thank you for contacting us. The issue appears to be due to the dispenser actuator, part number PS392727. You may need to correctly install the dispenser actuator. First, install the soap actuator such that it locks in the tabs, then install a dispenser actuator; it slides over the soap actuator. The attached video can help you show the actual position of these parts. Yes, the inner door does not have a gasket. We hope this information helps.
