Cycle gets to rinse, stops moving, keeps pouring water in, does not stop with water going in. Does not overflow though.

Hello Mike, thank you for inquiring. For this symptom you will want to replace either the Water Inlet Valve and Thermistor Assembly part PS11742194, the Direct Drive Water Pump part PS11741239, or the Water Level Pressure Switch part PS3408149. We hope this helps.

Washer filled to wash and stopped. Turned controller and switches but nothing. Have power. Not sure about controller

Hello David, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the Lid Switch, PartSelect Number PS11745957. The pin on the lid pushes on the lever of the lid switch to tell the machine that the lid is closed and it is ok to start the wash cycle. Hope this help!
