Amazingly, this not-too-old dishwasher's plastic parts that hold the top rack onto the sliders became brittle (a real design flaw, in my opinion) and the tabs that held the rollers in place all broke off. With the right parts and the great instructions on this site, the repair was fairly easy and we saved a lot of $$ by not having to call for service. Just follow the instructions...

Pull the dishwasher out, unscrew the old wheel assemblies and screw in the new ones, that easy, anyone could fix this problem, it is a poor deisng though, the inside of my dishwasher is stainless and the only thing to go bad are the plastic parts
Pulled out dishwasher. Took out old screws. Unsnapped end of rack slid new wheel in and attached to side. Very Very easy. It was great to get the part so fast and take care of this repair ourselves.
Repair was easy - The only reason that I am writing this is to brag on you guys for shipping the part as promised and on time. Had i next day which was most important. Thanks
just replace the motor unit.
Disconnect water line since it was a hard tubing, not flexible. Unattach the washer from the counter top. Roll out the washed about 15 inches. Replace the wheel assemblies by removing 2 bolts from each assembly, then replacing the parts and bolts. Reverse the above procedures.
It was a real easy repair. I unscrewed the dishwasher from the counter top. Slid it out from the cabinet about 8 inches. Unscrewed the wheels from the side of the dishwasher and screwed the new one in. It took about 15 mins. The part came in two days from order.Real easy!
The parts I received were similar but not an exact match to the original part. The original part is no longer produced. The original part used threaded screws to mount the assembly to the dishwasher body. The replacement part had and open "shaft" that was approx 3 times the size of the threaded screw used previously. My solution for this change: I purchased 8-32x1" stainless steel carriage bolts with matching nut. The head of the bolt fit nicely within the opening of the wheel mount. I salvaged the rubber washers out of the old parts and used them for reassembly. Inconvenient, but problem solved.
pulled out the dishwasher, removed the two bolts and installed the new mounts with the same bolts, easy!
Ordered Tray parts, 4 tray and 4 supports on washer wall. Replaced all moving parts for upper tray, works like new.
