no turning on the impeller, center ring and outer ring
took the racks and plate of dishwasher out wiped out center circle where impeller and center ring fit. the center circle became blocked with food so i had to clean it.

Will this part fix the problem of the dishwasher draining all the water out. Because the problem is that it is not draining all the water out, but leaving a small amount pooled in the bottom of both drawers?

Pump Rotor Assembly unit is clogged stuck. Top half comes out, but under blue impeller is stuck in cylinder...thoughts on removal?

Hi Julie, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, to remove this part, you may need to hold the center ring still and turn the outer ring counterclockwise, 1/8 turn, until the tabs and notches in both rings align. We hope this helps!
