The righthand rail for the deli pan broke.

I removed the shelf that supported the deli pan and unscrewed the screw that held the broken rail. After removing the broken rail, I inserted the flat tab of new rail into the provided slot on the front part of the shelf. Then I set in and tightened the screw that held the rail in place on the back of the shelf. I replaced the shelf and inserted the deli pan on the rails. The pan now easily slides in and out.

The best part--I received the new part within two days of placing the order. Thank you.

Broken drawer rail needed replacement

This is the second time I've replace this part and it is very simple. I removed the rear screw holding the broken element in place. I inserted the replacement rail, re-attached the screw using a nut-driver and it was done!

Broken rail holding deli drawer

First I removed the screw nut holding the broken rail in place. After removing the rail, I lifted the top shelf to slide the new rail in place. I replaced the screw nut, then the drawer and it worked perfectly. Thanks!
