Rubber water tube had dissentagrated with age.

Since the old part had fallen off of the appliance, all I needed to do was reattach the new parts, by sliding the hose onto where the water comes through and then attach the hanger to the top rack of the dishwasher. It was very easy to do and required no tools and took about a minute to finish.

Cracked rubber water tube

The first step was to read the other repair stories. The tips on using the hairdryer to "warm" up the part to make it more pliable worked like a charm. A little bit of dish washing soap on either end and just like that the repair was done. (I had to run the rinse cycle twice to get rid of the bubbles)
I pulled off the old tube, which actually had fallen off by itself, and slipped on the new one.
I probably saved $75 on a service call. Isn't the internet a wonderful thing!

Then I removed the old tube that slid off I then rubed a small dabe of lubercant on the new tube and connected it to each end opening. They slid on with litte force and no problem Thank for helping me to locate the correct replacement and for the fast delivery.

Original tube had started splitting --dishes not clean

I read the repair stories. Did not remove anything but the old tube. Used hairdryer to heat one end, pushed it onto front opening; heated other end, pushed it onto back opening. Took 5 minutes. Saved estimated $196 service call, parts, labor. (NOTE--I caution against using petroleum-based products like vasoline -- cause rubber to deteriorate. Hairdryer is the best solution.)

Dishwasher would only partially fill with water.

First turn off the power and water. Water valve is under the sink. I removed the two lower panels with 5/16 nut driver. I disconnected the valve from the cross member, again with a 5/16 socket. I removed that cross member with the same nut driver. I disconnected the rubber hose using pliers. I unplugged the electrical connector from the valve body. I held the water inlet pipe with a wrench and twisted the valve off with the adjustable pliers. I applied teflon tape to the water inlet pipe and reassembled. Works like new.

For the rubber water tube I pulled off the old tube, put some dish soap on the new tube and it slid right on.

Water tube was cracked

I heated the ends of the tube in hot water and slipped it on the round end first. I was then able to slip the other end on. The secret to doing this repair is working fast while the rubber is still pliable.

Replaced water feed arm to top dispenser

The parts were to ship on Monday, which they did and they arrived on Wednesday. The job took less than five minutes and it was done by hand. The parts were as described and were exactly what needed to be replaced. It was simple matter of putting the water tube on the spray arm receiver and then attaching them to the upper spray arm. It required only a little working of the parts back and forth, by hand, and then fitting them into place. It was a very simple and inexpensive repair.

Dishes were not getting clean

I removed the clip holding the old tube in place, pulled it off where it was attached to the upper rack hub and removed the cone shaped coupler from the back end of it. Attached the coupler to the new tube, pushed the tube onto the hub and re-attached the clip. Started up the dishwasher after putting in a few glasses into the top rack and they came out clean! Amazing how functional parts make a difference. BTW, the new rubber tube arrived 2 days after I placed my order... very quick service. Thank you very much.

Water tube had holes and was cracking and the rubber was not soft anymore

First I tried duct tape until I could figure out how to get the part. I went online and found that part that I thought it was, but I wasn't sure since the tube I had was very stiff and looked like it had a particular shape on each end..the one on the site was just a straight tube. I removed the old part which was easy, it pretty much fell off and then pushed the new one on and it conformed to the ends needed since the rubber was soft. It was so easy and the machine works really well again!

Diswasher was not cleaning well - water delivery tube disintegrated over time.

I first removed the old rubber water delivery tube ( not hard to do since it was literally falling apart from age). I then used a blow dryer to make the new rubber water delivery tube a little more flexible. I slid it on one end and then the other. My dishwasher works great now. The part was very reasonable ($15 with tax & shipping). Last month I had paid Sears to come out to just look at my washing machine and it cost $139. Then the part was going to cost $200 with another $139 because they would have to come out again. I ended up buying a new washer. I was so excited that I was able to fix my dishwasher, I've been telling everyone.

Corroded tube in the upper rack water delivery arm

I was told I needed a whole new dishwasher arm, that I probably would not be able to change myself. Described the part of the part in your description area and lo and behold, there it was..
Could not find it anywhere else.
Very proud of myself for fixing it. I did not need any tools. Just removed the old corroded tube and attached the new one.
thanks so much for the web site images and descriptions. (And I normally am very computer /technology challenged) Very user friendly site

Old tube was cracked ald leaking

Had to cut one end of old tube off with pocket knife, other end was cracked and came right off. Put a dab of vasoline in each end of new water tube and slid in place. Wife had called a repair shop, was told $25.50 for part, $65.00 house call/labor. Easy fix with 15.00 +/- part and 10 min. of my own labor.

Water tube cracked & broke off rounded end

Used duct tape to hold the old tube in place until I had a chance to see if the part was available online. Found it, ordered & received it the very next day. (Great service!) Removed the old tube which was already half off once I removed the duct tape & slipped the new tube on. A little trouble at the rounded end, but I used a screwdriver handle to kind of mold that end round & then slipped on.
