This rubber tube carries water from the upper spray arm manifold to the receiver of a dishwasher. This thin walled tube can become brittle over time and crack. If it does, it will lead to poor cleaning quality of the dishes on the upper rack, and you will need to replace it.
This part works with the following brands: Whirlpool, Admiral, Estate, Inglis, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Roper, Maytag, Crosley, Jenn-Air, Hardwick, Magic Chef, Amana, Caloric & Glenwood.
This part fixes the following symptoms:
I heated both ends of rubber hose and applied a small amount of vaseline inside of tube and it slid on real easy. It took less than 5 minutes to finish the task.

it was a very easy repair thank you
Put a little liquid dish washing soap on the inside of the tube, it slipped on very easily.
Took the part to the rental house and took the old water delivery tube off by hand and installed the new water delivery tube by hand , it took less than 10 minutes and exactly the right part.
I had repaired the hose with duck tape several times, and finally was able to convince my husband to look up the model number etc. went on line to see if I could locate a dealer to get the hose, and that was so easy, Ordered it, it came in 2 days, and my dishwasher works great again. It was so easy just took off the old hose and snapped in the new one.
I pulled out the old hose and pushed in the new one. Took a little muscle, but was glad that it fit. On line site very helpful with description so that it fit perfectly!
Simply inserted the new rubber hose on the two fittings - a couple of minutes at most
I was goingto go to Home-Depot, and purchase a short piece of tubing to make the repair. Just for the "heck" of it, I looked on-line --- and there it was. It is a large diameter thin wall tube, because water presiue is low, almost zero. However, the replacement part was only $8,25, so I figured, what the heck, I can wait a few days and purchased the part from PartSelect.com. I lubricated the new tube with soap, to make the slip-fit go on easier and -------------- DoneVery easy ......... Thank you
The tube had a huge hole in it. It was very easy to replace - I just pulled off the old one and put on the new. The cool thing was how easy it was to find the exact part I needed online in less than 5 minutes. Gotta love the internet!
Old tube was falling off, but new one was really easy to install. Put a little soap on the inside as a lubricant. I was thrilled with this; the website was really easy to navigate. Found the part I needed in minutes & the part came very quickly. Thanks!
First I pulled off the tube that was hanging down and obstructing the rotation of the top spinner. Then I just reinserted the new tube. I'm a "do it your selfer" and I usually fix things by my self. But the few times that I've failed lived forever in my wife's memory. She dreaded my fooling with a machine that had outlived it's life. I promised that the job would only take about five minutes. She heard this before and resigned herself to having parts all over the kitchen floor and a full day of catastrophe. There is nothing like a satisfied wife. Thanks to You and your Staff, I have now regained my rightful place as her trusted HERO.. ,
I ordered the part and I received it in just 2 days. I took the old rubber water tube off, put a little soap on each end of the new tube and had it in in under 10 minutes. I am a woman in her 60's and I did this myself!
simply pieced together the "tube"
Removed old water tube and replaced it with the new one. Hard part was logistically trying to put it below the rack and it obviously it had to fit very tight and it was quite difficult to get in place, but I did it! Thanks to your easy to use website and excellent service. I was proud of myself for doing the whole job start to finish, and my husband was even more impressed. Only downside to that is that I think he'll be playing more golf, while I do the repair work from now on.
The tube had holes from being used but the dishwasher still works great. I researched this part and it was a great price and really easy to fix. The picture looks different than what the tube looks like in the dishwasher but it is correct. Definitely put soap on the ends to help glide it on. Took me 2 minutes to fix.
