Door would drop and it was heavy.
I was about to pull out my dishwasher and then removed the bottom cover and there you could see the spring. BUT WHO KNEW THERE WERE TWO SPRINGS? Only one of mine was bad BUT I would have replaced both of them at the same time. The diagram on the website clearly only showed one spring and now to buy the second one would cost more

I would like to confirm that this is the correct spring for my dishwasher. I purchased a different part Whirlpool 9741248 which fit but don't seem to have the proper tension and i don't see a way to adjust tension on this unit so i want to make sure these are correct.. thank you.
