New Seal, Problem Solved
Our otherwise perfectly fine dishwasher developed a leak at the pump shaft. Ignoring the advice to buy a new unit, I ordered this seal. The part arrived days afterward, I installed it myself in about two hours. Problem solved on the first try. Big hint: pull the DW out from under the sink and work from the back.

I have a leak where the motor shaft goes into the housing. Will this part fix? Or is there another part I need? The leak is dripping out of the housing where the shaft goes in. Thanks
