This part fixes the following symptoms:
After looking at the sprayarm, changing detergents and washing every speck off the dishes only to have them come out dirty I decided to replace the sprayarm seal and bearing ring. I didn't really need the sprayarm seal, but figured I had come that far I may as well. It went really well and now I have clean dishes. I spent $26 on parts but a service call is $70 and I still would have had to replace the parts.

I removed the old parts and replaced them with new parts. It failed to solve the problem.
very easy to fix..i replaced many other parts while i was at it..figured i d "upgrade". washes much better now....less noisy..
Called my son in law and he did it
Installed all parts. Dish washer still leaks. Wasted my time and money.
First I pulled the top half of the broken retainer nut out of the lower wash arm assembly. Then I took the was arm assembly off, removed the other half of the screw, set the lower spray arm seal into the lower wash arm assembly and screwed the wash arm retainer nut back in. As a bonus, I decided to replace the broken Wet agent cap. Had to use needle nose pliers to unscrew the broken bottom stuck in the well... That was the toughest part and it wasn't critical to the dishwasher functioning.
