Fixed tub draining problem
If your tub fails to drain, check that the lid switch is functional. To do this short out the two switch wires (simulates switch closure). If the tub drains then replace the switch. The hardest part is the disassembly/reassembly to get to the switch.

Washer stopped before rinse cycle
My husband actually did the repairs all I know is he removed the lid, removed the old switch and put in the new one. My washer works now and thats all I care about. Is the lid switch 32inches in length.

My washer start to fill the water and after 5 seconds stop and i have to open the cover again and water satrt to fill it again for 5 seconds , any idea what could be wrong ?
