I have replaced the icemaker and it still does not make ice. I think it is the fill valve WP2307650. Where is the fill valve located? How do I access it?

How does one replace the water feed line valve/solenoid? I’m looking at it and the access is extremely limited. Is there a trick to it that makes it easier to replace?

Where is the water solenoid #2307650 for the ice maker located and how do you access it?
