Washer did not cycle properly

Removed timer knob. Removed 4 screws that fastened front panel. Opened front panel to access timer module. Unplugged connector & removed sinlge mounting screw. Slid timed out and replaced with new unit. Reversed process to re-assemble.

Only problem was the 1st timed module arrived damaged. Customed service rep apologized & quickly ordered a new unit, which I received in 3 days.

Would not spin or drain

took the control panel apart by removing the 3 torx screws, removed the center insert from the knob and released the stem that holds the knob in place unplugged the harness, released the clips and removed the old timer. installed the new timer and plugged the harness in and installed the torx screws.
Thanks for shipping the timer so quickly, replacing the part was so easy and my wife is happy too.
