Cleaned inner door prior to replacing outer door took time in lining outer inner door screw holes, required loosening of all inner door frame screws to allow movement of outer door slots to hold new outer door glass piece; once holes all lined up slip in new glass outer door carefully tighten screws, clean outer door finger smudges, your all done. Does it come with screws? Must have vacuumed up old screws that were holding old glass. Already ordered this part.
