Sent wrong part and wouldn't even respond to my refund request
I was sent an incorrect part instead of what I ordered. I tried to submit a return/refund request and got zero communication back and no refund.

Thank you for your question. If your dryer has overheated and is not working, you should replace the fuse. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

dryer runs but no heat. replaced igniter, flame detector and coils. still no heat. checked all thermostats with multimeter for continuity all where within parameters . now what?? is it possible one of these may not be giving a correct read?
For model number GTD42GASJ2WW
Hello Michael, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our research, we would recommend checking the timer, part number PS11763064, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Dryer gets hot and shuts down. We’ve cleaned vents. After sitting for 10 minutes or so we hear a “click” and dryer will restart and run until it happens again. Trying to diagnose. Any suggestions?

Hello Robert, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend replacing the high limit thermostat, part number PS12073907, to fix the issue. It shuts off the heating element or burner when the dryer overheats. Glad to be of help!
