If you are having trouble rolling your dishrack in and out, there could be an issue with the rollers or axles. Check the existing rollers and axles for any visible physical damage. Look to replace the parts if the rollers or their axles are damaged. These rollers attach to the dishrack allowing the rack to roll in and out with ease. This pack includes 8 gray rollers measuring at approximately 1.75 inches L x 0.75 inches W x 1.75 inches H. Each roller comes with an axle.
This part works with the following brands: GE, Hotpoint & Kenmore.
This part fixes the following symptoms:
Very annoying problem with wheels falling off of the bottom dishwasher rack. Thanks to good advice here, purchased wheels AND wheel axels. Axels snap into the wheels, and the wheels snap on the bottom rack. Wheels are wider that the originals, and these snap ons are a much better design. Rack rolls in and out better than brand new!!

took out broken wheel axel and replaced it with a new one
Removed and replaced damaged wheels. Parts came in on time and saved lots of money on a repair rip off artest.
After going on your website and reading some of the other stories, we couldn't believe how easily we could have resolved this issue! We called local appliance parts and sales stores and they gave us ridiculous prices to replace the wheels!! For a small amount, we were able to get the parts, (within 2 days!!), and I fixed it myself in about 15 minutes! You are wonderful and we highly recommend you and your services. Thank you!Melodie
After reading the good "posts" of others - - I decided to give it a try. Was a snap to do. I did all 8 wheels and wheel axels in less than 5 minutes. Wife is happy. I am happy.
I removed the old wheels and put on the new ones. The replacement wheel axel works so much better than the original parts and will last much longer
Everything was just snap it together. I snap the bushing into the wheel and snaped the wheel into the lower rack of the dishwasher.
I removed what few remaining wheel assemblies there were - just pulled them off - no tools needed. Then I assembled the new wheels and wheel axels and simply snapped them on to the lower rack! It was a piece of cake.
Looked up parts diagram on your Web Site found the parts number and ordered them. Problem was the diagram had two part numbers. One was for lower basket wheel assembly, the other was for lower basket (rear) wheel assembly. Ordered both and when I received the parts the only difference was color. Now I have front wheels in white and rear wheels in gray. Other tan that it was a simple repair and saved a costly service call.
It only took 10 minutes and they had the right parts and I got them in 2 days. I am ashamed to say that I let this go for a couple of months and for about $20 and 10 minues, I was able to take care of the the issue. The3 wife is thrilled.
easy push on repair parts no tools needed
put the wheel on the axle clip, then attached the assembly to the rack, snapped on. Much better design but may still need replacing down the line.
I just pushed the stud roller onto the roller wheel and then onto thedishwasher lower rack. The stud roller is the axle and it took a little pressure with a plier but they are very secure now. It could not have been easier. I should have done it long ago. The dishwasher wheels starting breaking off before the machine was a year old. I use the dishwasher not even every day and nothing odd was done to the wheels it was just a very poor design. One wheel broke, then another and so on until every night I had to balance the rack on broken wheels just to run it. So frustrating and now perfect, sturdy, smoothe rolling rack thanks to your easy to use parts. Thanks so much
Fortunately I read the reviews and someone suggested purchasing the stud roller with the rollers. Great Suggestion. It was actually the stud rollers that were broken. It was as simple as taking the old rollers off, inserting the studs into the new rollers and snapping them in place.
Parts came in quickly. They were exactly what I ordered. Removed old parts and replaced with new ones in less than 15 minutes.
