Frozen water input valve
removed screws from control panel. pulled panel back to reach control valve and removed two screws holding valve. found that freezing caused one valve to leak. pushed valve back and reinstalled. That did not work so ordered a new valve, installed it and all worked find. don't forget to unplug washer from electricity and turn off water supply. Also the garage floor needs water spill removed asap as the water froze on me and made it difficult to remove.

Washing machine was leaking cold water
I removed the four screws at the top of the washing machine and pulled the front cover off. I unscrewed the two screws that was holding the valve and disconnected the sockets. Last put on the part and connected two wires and put screws back in and reconnected the hoses and washing machine is working perfectly.
