We are having intermittent problem. Oven will not heat. When we throw the breaker it will then work for a short time. Then it stops working. Both ovens are same. We have put in new elements and sensors. Will the board relay dual oven correct this problem?

Check the board for any loose connections or visible damage, and you can test the terminal block with a multimeter.
