C/0 both thermostat sensors and fixed dryer Had no heat out ohmed out the coil and it was ok So I ordered both sensors and replaced them and dryer worked great

Ordered a thermal fuse . Very fast service (24 hrs)put the fuse in and is now working again

I watched the video provided first to get an idea of how it should go. The dryer I have had a different kind of door, so those instructions didn't apply. You probably don't want to publish the way I ended up fixing it, but it did work eventually. Saved me over $500!! Thank you!

I opened up the instrument panel box using philips screw driver and found the repair instructions. Followed the symtom diagnostic page and found that if the machine can be turned on but motor not working then check thermal fuse or motor. Next, I unplugged the appliance and remove the back panel to locate where the thermal fuse and other parts per the diagram in the repair instructions. Using a volt meter, I removed the electrical plugs to the thermal fuse and check resistance (a 1 on the volt meter indicated that the fuse is open (or burned)). Removed the thermal and checked for part number and looked up the model and parts number on the internet. Took a chance and ordered the part. When the order arrived 3 days later, I just simply replaced it and put everything back to where they were. Hooked up the power supply and turned on the dryer. It works again!! One thing I found was that I needed to clean the air pipe since it was totally clogged and probably caused the machine to overheat and burn out the fuse.

pretty simple fix not much to it. If you are familiar with electrical work a dryer is just about as basic as it gets. Thermal fuse was bad, swapped it out and up and running again. It took me longer to get the dryer pulled out and cleaned up, than it did to replace the fuse. Wow was it diry back there!

Watched the video but realized my dryer was a little different removed bottom front panel to expose area to remove thermal fuse. Checked for continuity, found that there wasn't any. Ordered part and replaced it, fired right up!!

For 2 years, I propped a broom stick against my dryer door to keep it shut while it was running. Last Sunday night, I decided that it was about time to fix it. It took me about 10 minutes of eyeballing the parts to figure out how to place them and about 30 seconds to install the new latch parts. They fit perfectly. Removed back of dryer and the fuse was right there in plain sight. Had to remove a screw and pull contact wires from fuse. Attached wires to new fuse, replaced screw that held fuse in place. Replaced dryer back. This web site is great! Diagnosed my problem, and then received the replacement part the next day! I will use the site again, if necessary, and recommend it to others.

follow the video NOTE the felt seal was about 1.75 inches short. carefully stretch it by standing on it and pulling up on it, gradually increasing force and rotating the seal after holding a stretch for a count of 10. once it's stretched, glue it on pretty quick, it will shrink back again. this was the only surprise I encountered. my dryer runs like new now.

Seriously, there's no need to explain how to do it because the video shown on how to change the thermal fuse is as precise and accurate as it can get. You should have no problem switching out the thermal fuse as long as you have watched the video!

The power would go on but the machine didn't turn so the first thing I did was input make into google search and found blogs and how to videos. Numerous blogs stated the thermal fuse was the issue so we purchased a thermal fuse and Internal-bias thermistor also since they are right next to one another. After receiving the parts you have to disassemble the dryer even removing the drum but it's not hard at all (watch video). I replaced the parts, reassembled the dryer and it worked fine. Without a doubt, this place was not only the cheapest in cost but I received the parts in 3 days. The fed-x states 3 days to deliver but I received in 1 1/2 days from when they picked up the part. Very happy all the way around!!

It took me 10 min to take out the old part & tested it to find it bad. I ordered the part which cost $10 & got it in 3 days. It took me 10 min to install it and the dryer is fine.
