Water dispenser actuator broke off.
Watched the how to vidio on line, would have probabley opened up the freezer door from the inside if I hadn't watched the vidio first. Vidio said about 10 minutes to repair and that's about what it took. Great info.

not working due to ice on coils
unplugged frig, removed shelves & inner lower back panel in freezer side, removed defrost thermostat from tube, cut the wires and spliced in new stat wires with provided wire splices crimped together and replaced thermostat on tube it has been a week and no ice so far??. this was after 2 trips by the repairman who replace the defrost timer board which was most likely good at a total of $160!!! still cheaper than $1000 for a new frig!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the mounting tabs broke off
This was the second time the part had failed and it was time to replace it. Rsther than hope a local store may have the part, I went on the internet and found PartSelect.com and ordered what I thought was the right part and it arrived here in Texas the next day! Turned out to be the wrong part. Oops! I contacted PartSelect by email to see if I could return the part and got an imediate response from Denise with the address ad instructions for returning the part and a very generous offer to help select the right psrt. I gave her the refrigerator/freezer model number and she immediately respoded with the part number. I rerordered the part and it again arrived the next day. I slipped it into place on the refrigerator door and it fit!! End of problem but not quite the end of the story. I received an email a couple of days later informing me that the money due me from the first order was on it's way. Color me a very happy customer!!

My Ice Maker stopped making ice and the water dripped from the dispenser
I turned off the water, removed the cardboard cover from the back of the refrigerator; removed the 2 screws holding the water valve in place; unscrewed the plastic tubing from the valve; unplugged the wires to each solenoid (3); the old valve had threaded connections for the plastic water lines, the new valve didn't; I had to cut the ferrel off of the plastic lines so I could insert them into the new valve and then press the connector into the valve (I didn't anticipate something like this, but it worked fine); I reconnected the wiring and screwed the valve back into place. The ice maker started making ice and the water stopped dripping from the dispenser. The best $65 I've ever spent.
