One terminal was hard to remove.
Turned off electric at breaker box for range. Using a socket wrench from my little pink tool kit, I removed the two screws holding the unit at the back of the oven. Gently pulled each side of the unit out, exposing the terminals. Holding with one hand and wiggling the terminal with the other, removed the element. One was very easy, but the other was harder. Next I connected the new element to the terminals. Gently pushed the terminal back into the oven wall and replace the screws. Last turned the electric back on and then turned the oven on. The video that was online was very helpful.

Bottom Element required replacing
Thanks to the video on your web site, the replacement was very easy! We had a hard time removing the screws from inside the oven as we did not have a hexnut driver, but once we removed the screws then we lost one of the wires, (it fell back into the little hole) and then we had to remove the back of the oven to get the lost wire, push it through the little hole and we connected the new element, screwed it back in and then we baked some cookies.

Original Heating Element Cracked
Using a socket set, I unscrewed the original/broken heating coil from the back wall of the oven. I gently removed the screws holding the element in place and slid out the connecting wires from inside the oven wall. Then, I detached the wires from the original heating element and attached them to the new one. I slid the wires back into the oven wall, screwed the new element in place making sure both screws were tight, that's it!

The oven was turning on only the broiler worked. I had already replaced the bottom coil last year so I knew that I had to replace it again.
Just pushed the stove to the front unplugged it and unscrewed the old coil and connected the new one. It was very easy to do. I had ordered the same part last year from this company and kept the invoice so I knew exactly what I had to order. I use my oven quite alot so I guess that is why the bottom coil keeps burning out. Thank you for your quick shipping!!! I am one happy customer with a working oven once again.

I had the pleasure (?) of watching a cherry red glob traverse my oven element, signaling its demise
It was the holiday season and all through the house, cries of "what's wrong with the oven?" were heard from my spouse. "I know you can fix it!" she said, trying to flatter, so I logged on to Partselect.com to see what was the matter. I found what I needed and ordered with a click, and to my surprise my part arrived quick. I unplugged the oven, thinking "safety first" and bent down to inspect it, expecting the worst. With flashlight, wrench and pliers and still feeling queasy, I was surprised to find out that it was really quite easy. The two screws in the flanges came out with a twist and the terminal slid off, no need for a fist. With the new element in place and the terminals on, the screws were replaced and the repair was all done. “You really DID fix it” she said with a look, “Now get out of my way, I gotta cook!”
