The 3 fan-switches does not engage. Hence, the fan do not operate. How can I fix the problem?

Old grease filters were coming apart due to two tiny lost screws which had popped out. Tried to replace them at ACE Hardware and found nothing that tiny! Therefore just ordered replacement grease fikterd.
The only poroblem I had was finding the Model number. I entered WWW….instead of WVW (my eyesight and error??.Receiving the new filters was prompt! THANK YOU!
