How long is the soak cycle for this washer? The manual does not say this important information and there are no soak options.

Machine only agitates for about 45 seconds in the wash cycle and then stops and does nothing for several minutes and then drains and spins….I have changed the control board and made no difference. Could this problem be from the actuator?

Hi Ron, thank you for the question. Before replacing the shift actuator, we would suggest checking the drive motor, part number PS11757089. It spins the spin basket and drives the agitator or spin basket in the agitation or tumbling mode. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
First pry off the cap of the agitator. Then using a socket remove the bolt that holds the plastic cup in place. Remove this cup by prying it loose from the two tabs that hold it in place.
