How to replace the outside door window?
For model number WTMC332SUS
Hi Bill, thank you for reaching out. Here are some general instructions that will help you replace the outside window: First, Unplug the power. Open the door and remove the screws that hold the hinges and door assembly. Remove all the screws on the back of the door assembly, and flip it over to disassemble it. Remove the inner glass and frame. The outside window is set free, you can replace it. We hope this helps!

Remove 4 screws on plastic cover of hinge that connects to the door. An assistant will come in handy at this point to hold the door. Then remove 2 screws holding hinge.
