Hello Betty, thank you for reaching out. The issue seems to be with the Thermistor and you may need to replace it, the part number is PS2580944. It senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control. If that does not help, we would suggest checking the Damper Control Assembly, part number PS11750106. We hope this solves your problem!
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
