Ordered the part from this site . Part was delivered in 4 days.removed meat drawer, removed main shelf that the rails are attached to,unscrewed broken rail with Philips head screwdriver,reattached new rail and WALA finished.Less than fifteen minutes.

There was not a full shelf in freezer area.

The shelf fit perfect right out of the box. I just snapped it into the holes provide. Could not have been easier.

broken door shelf bracket

the bottom door shelf bracket had broken in half, i unsnapped the two halves, i ordered the replacment part from part select which had sent the part within the time frame they promised and just snapped the bracket back in place. the whole process took less then two minutes.

crisper glass shattered while cleaning

Insert new glass into slot. Took less than 2 minutes.

Evap coil was solid ice, fridge was 64 degrees.

Exactly as the video showed, except I had to take the evap coil cover off and use a hair dryer to thaw it out. It was still frosting up too much, so I ordered the thermostat as well. Both were really easy, once i saw the location of the defrost timer and the thermostat. Thanks for the great site, prices that put the big store to shame, and the good video too!

right side support broken

Removed shelf unscrewed screw on both supports replaced and secured.

door handle had broken off

place the bottom half of handle on the screw inthe door then placed the other end of handle over the door and screw in to place.

Cleaned the surfaces,installed the new handle...WaLa! Could not have been easier. Plus the new handle arrived in 2-3 days. AND was less than 1/2 the price of ordering through Sears Parts. I would use PartsSelect again in a heartbeat! Thank you for your great customer service.
