Freezer running, yet fridge warm.
The fridge went warm and I noticed ice build-up on the freezer floor underneath the coils. I mistakenly thought that the defrost heater (or thermostat or timer) must have been the culprit. I used a voltmeter to test those components and chased a wild goose for quite sometime before realizing that the evaporator fan was not spinning and that it failed a test with the voltmeter. Replacing the fan easily fixed my problem! I later realized that the sheet of ice on the freezer floor indicated that the defrost cycle had been working. Were that not the case, the ice would have been all over the coils.

Ice maker stopped working
The repair man came out and said the Ice Maker is broken. He said to call him when I get the part but after looking at the video it took 10 minutes to Install. If you can use a screw driver this part is a piece of cake. Oh don't forget to unplug the frig. God Luck John Bronx NY

Ice maker would fill with water and make ice but would not dispense ice.
Ice maker is held on by two clips and one screw. Removed old ice maker and unplugged wiring harness. It appeared normal. Since it was 15 years old and a brand new one was only a little more than $100 I decided to just replace it. Shopped online and got best price here. Delivered promptly. Item description said it did not come with wiring harness, but mine came with three different ones. However my wiring harness had a different molded plastic connector where it is plugged into the back of the freezer so I could not just pop it off and pop in the new one. Instead I had to reuse my old one. No problem, since the harness was not damaged anyway. Also I had to reposition the harness clip on the new ice maker and remove the plastic tab on the bottom and re use the tab from my existing ice maker. The tab on the new ice maker would not line up with the hole in the freezer. All in all it took about 10 minutes total to switch the two units out. Extremely simple job, do not pay someone to do this for you.

Broken rear support wheel
remove fiber grill cover, remove large bolt holding under frame ( with a 2X4 block, place under refrigerator on outside edge so frame can drop down.) remove pin from broken wheel, replace reversing proceedure. Note: when blocking refrigerator, care must be taken not to let block extend under entire frame. it only needs to be placed approx 3/4" under edge of refrigerator.

Evaporator fan needed replacing
I actually followed the instructions by William. He did a great job. I ran into some difficulty because the wire connector on the replacement motor didn't match the old connector. We had to replace the connector on the new motor to match the wiring harness, which was easier than trying to match the connector on the motor. Had the connectors matched, the replacement would have taken less than 30 minutes to complete.
