Drawer support broke.
I was worried that the support was a permanent fixture in the refrigerator wall. But I pried it out and replaced it with the new part. Holes were exactly the same size so the new part easily replaced the old one.

Compressor running constantly with freezer temperature at -20 degrees fahrenheit.
Since the evaporator was all iced up, I decided to replace the least costliest item (defrost thermostat kit); did not resolve the problem. Once I replaced the freezer temperature control thermostat, the freezer temperature stabilized right at 0 degrees fahrenheit with dial on factory setting. Compressor no longer running constantly.

Leaking water
My part had threaded fittings. The part that I received had snap fittings. Once I realized that that snap fittings worked with the bare tubing and not any special tip endings, I simply cut off the ends of my tubing that mated with the threaded fittings. I then had bare tubing that snapped into the snap fittings. Two minutes later, the part was in place and the job was done. Problem solved.

Refrigerator plastic cam broke
Watched the video....it was perfect. Just needed a Phillips screwdriver, needle-nose pliers and a 3/8 socket. The cam was shattered, so I had to pull it out the old, broken one with the needle-nose pliers. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. Really appreciate that video!

Orginal pin failed. I got tired of doing a balancing act with food on the shelf to take weight off the missing pin.
Just like the video. I had pulled all the parts of the old pin out of the frig months ago. I had tired to buy a replacement pin, but the local supply store could not get the correct part. I finally did a search and found your website. I was impressed with the pictures and the "how to" video.
