ice maker was cycling, but no water was getting in
Pulled out the fridge from the wall, unplugged it, and turned off the water supply. Took off the cardboard backing at the bottom of the fridge. Cleaned the dust and gunk. Unscrewed the old valve. Unplugged the 3 electrical connections. Since the new fittings for the water lines were different, we unscrewed the old ones, lopped off the nipples, and inserted the ends of the water lines into the new connections (they were super easy - just push the line in until it clicks). Reattached the valve. Reattached the cardboard. Turned water back on, and plugged in the fridge. Our ice maker still didn't make cubes, though. So I took out the fill valve from the top rear of the fridge. It had a tiny piece of ice lodged in the bend of the back, right above where it connected to the water line. I rinsed it out, reinstalled, and now we have a full bucket of ice!!

Upper crisper drawer cover broke and two supports broke
I was very thankful for the video that popped up when I ordered the crisper support part. It described exactly how to remove the damaged support without further damaging the inside of my regrigerator. I had the supports out and ready to go when my new part arrived. It took two minutes to do it the way it was described in the video and it worked like a charm. Thanks for the great tutorial and for putting it in a place that was accessible. Parts arrived very quickly as well. I didn't order enough supports so I had to re-order and they came quickly also.

Plastic Water Dispenser Actuator broke
After removing the lower section which just snapped out I went to remove the three screws on the bottom of the water/ice dispenser. The only problems I had we're here in that the screws were rusted and difficult to get out with water falling into this area over time. Then I easily removed the three screws holding the motor and actuator. Of course there was three more screws holding the water dispenser actuator in place. I took the broken piece out and put it all together again but placed some rust resistant screws I had to replace the three rusted screws. Works great!
