Dishwasher leak
Should have paid attention to the other posts. The job should have been REALLY easy. But, I decided to take the door off. That was not necessary. Turned a three minute job into a 30 minute job.

The spring on the door broke.
Removed the screws holding the dishwasher in the counterspace. Pulled it out far enough to re-attach the new spring, scoot it back in place, and put the screws back to hold it in, and attach the plate to the bottom that was taken out first. Good to go.

A small knob on the Cover and Stem Assembly broke allowing the lower washer arm to fall off every time the dishwasher cycled.
This is probably the easiest home repair I have ever done! I simply lifted out the screen exposing the Cover and Stem Assembly. It was held on by three screws. I removed the screws and lifted off the old part. (It had been there for over 10 years so I had to push a little to free it.) I then replaced it with the new part and replaced the three screws. It now works fine. One of those home repairs that is so simple but makes it look like you know what you are doing!

The dishwasher was leaking
My friend who is the custodian at my school where I teach, came over and looked at the dishwasher. He found that the spray arm had a pinhole in it and looked to be melted. We went online after finding the model number and I ordered the part. It came in a couple of days and he showed me how to snap off the old arm and replace it with the new arm. I did not need any tools, all you have to do is squeeze the two clips at the bottom of the spray arm so that it snaps onto the round support. I did it and now have a non leaky dishwasher and clean dishes Yay!

Top rack was rusted out
Found rack fairly easily on this site. Ordered reluctantly because I wasn't sure I ordered the right part or if I could install it.
Received item really quickly. It was correct and easy to install.
I'm not a great home "repair guy", but this worked out very well. I would order from them again in a second.

Dishwasher didn't drain and made a loud buzzing sound during the discharge cycle
1. I unplugged the unit from the electrical outlet, shut off the water supply and disconnected the drain line from the garbage disposal. 2. I removed the bottom access panels, unfastened the DW from the counter top and slid it out as far as it would go without straining the hookups. 3. I removed the racks, lower sprayer and filter components from the well and bailed as much water as I could with a plastic cup. 4.After placing an old bath towel underneath I disconnected the water supply hose at the DW and pulled the drain line and electric supply line through the cabinet wall and then removed the DW to the garage where I set it upside down on some old towels until it finished draining. 5. I located the drain pump, compared it with the replacement part and took a picture with my phone to record the correct orientation of the drain hose connection. 6. After disconnecting the power supply and drain hose from the drain pump I removed and replaced it with the new one and reconnected the power supply and drain hose. 7. After inspecting the DW for signs of other problems and finding none I righted the DW and returned it to the install point. 8. I drilled a new hole in the cabinet wall near the top because the previous installer failed to provide a means for the discharge siphoning to occur; that's probably what led to premature failure of the pump. 9. I fed the discharge hose through the new upper access hole and the power supply through it's old access hole and then reconnected the water supply at the DW. 10. Being careful not pinch, kink or stress any of the hookups I slid the DW back into it's nook and reconnected the drain hose to the garbage disposal and plugged in the power supply. 11. I turned the water supply back on and, with a flashlight, checked for any leaks under the DW. Seeing none I reinstalled the cabinet mounting screws, replaced the filter components and lower spray arm then ran the DW on the short wash cycle to test the fix. 12. Once the test was complete and everything worked correctly I checked the DW for level, made a minor adjustment accordingly, then reinstalled the racks and lower access panels. JOB DONE!

Tines were rusted. The spray arm was melted and broken
Removed the old racks and spray assembly. Matched the parts and removed the needed wheel assemblies with a screw driver and snapped them onto the new racks. The spray arm was very easy. It took removing one part and then reassembling it with the new one. Everything works good.
Parts arrived the next day. Great service. My wife is happy!
