Bottom door gasket had fallen out.
I had tried to put the old gasket back in place while waiting for the new to arrive and in doing so, the gasket had gone up beyond reach. We removed the screws on the inside of the door and I was able to reach and remove the old gasket. After replacing the screws, I then simply slid the new gasket into place. Easy! If I can do it, anyone can. Flo
