Dishwasher was leaking in a house we just purchased.
pulled the old gaskets out, put the new ones in. Just like that. No tools, nothing. I would compare it in difficulty to the process of paying for gas at the pump and then filling your car up.

Broken spring/ the first one broke about 6 monthes ago
The 'kick plate' had to be removed, and the feet had to be raised to lift the unit over the floor. the old spring could not be found, and while lying on the floor my husband had to 'feel' for the attatchments to hook up the new spring. The unit was then pushed back and the legs dropped and the unit attatched to the counter. All fixed - - thank you PartSelect for having the right spring.

the lid to the soap dispenser was broken
We read how others did the repair and my husband had no problem changing it.. . I have a daycare and he had it fixed in a few minute after the kids had lunch and had it in before I could get them all laid down for nap. . . he took off the front door, took ooff the pkug in to the dispenser and took it out, then put the new one in, and hooked up the plug in and put the front cover back on, and it works great!! My dishwasher hasn't worked this good in a long time. I am swo glad I fo9und this web site. Sharon-Indiana

dishwasher was leaking at heating element connections
Both heating element brass nuts had a split in them. They had fallen off the heating element and were hanging on the electrical wires. I removed the wires from the heating element and removed the brass nuts from the wires. I then screwed the new nuts on the heating element and reattached the wires. problem solved. I want to thank you for having the parts I needed as Sears had discontinued them for this Kenmore appliance.

Cleaned the inside bottom of dishwasher, leaked after I cleaned it.
After watching a wash cycle with the front cover off, I noticed water coming out from the bottom of the pan, under the Gasket. Pulled the gasket down out of the slit and reinstalled the new one exactly as the old one came off, with the wiper angled the correct direction.
