This was a no-brainer: old filter out, new filter in. In addition to replacing an old, greasy filter, I found that the exhaust fan now draws cooking fumes much more efficiently. So why did I wait the 6 years since we moved into this house to do this???

No actual operational problems were presenting issues, however previous owners of my new home had not taken very good care of the stove and the pan beneath the burners was not esthetically pleasing. Was absolutely thrilled to find the replacement part (entire module) on the site, and cheaper as a module than buying the pan and burners on their own. What was even more pleasing was that the salesperson on the phone told me it would be approx. 10 days before I would receive my order & it was on my door step within 3 days. Stove looks like Brand-New!!!
