Fan makes noise when opening refrigerator side of unit. This does not happen when opening freezer side. Is there more than one fan motor? May i order the part, please?

Thank you for your question. There are 2 motors in in your refrigerator. There is the evaporator fan motor which is normally located behind the wall in the freezer section and there is also the condenser fan motor which is usually found behind the refrigerator near the compressor. It sounds like you may need the evaporator fan motor. I would check both motors to see which one is causing the issue. Remove shelves then at bottom is a cover that holds fan in place remove a total of 6 screws. 2 of them are behind lamp lens cover you have to remove lamp lens to see them.
