Why is my fridge leaking water from the left front corner, could it be a level problem? If so how do I level it?
For model number RS25J500DSR
Hello Dennis, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Drin Tube. Water is normally during the defrost cycle, however if the drain tube is clogged, water will leak or pool. You can try to force hot soapy water through the drain tube to clear it out. We hope this helps!

My Samsung refrigerator, freezer section temperature stay around 1 degree most of the time but then goes up to around 30 degree but not long enough to melt the ice built up, creating a frozen water around the shelf. Is that normal condition or process, or their something wrong with the temperature sensor or defrost control?

Hello Jian, thank you for writing. You will need to locate and check the Refrigerator Condenser Coil and Fan Motor Assembly part PS11733387. A constant cycle of gas compression and evaporation makes your fridge function. The heat from the cycle is pushed out through compressor coils. These coils are the wrapped metal tubes at the back bottom of your fridge. Dirty and dusty compressor coils will make your fridge's temperature oscillate. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
Why is my refrigerator only cool at the bottom portion of the freezer and fresh side but not cooling the top portion of the freezer and fresh side?
For model number RS25J500DSR
Hello Hugh, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we would recommend checking the condenser coils and evaporator coils for any dirt and ice buildup. You may need to clean them. If the issue persists, replace the evaporator fan motor, part number PS4138376, to solve the problem. It circulates air through the freezer compartment for efficient cooling. We hope this helps!
