Negative wire on back of circuit board will goes down before the compressor I lose the continuity. Compressor and relay ohms out good.

Hello Josh, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, we would recommend you check if the wire harness is damaged or worn out at any point. If this is not an issue, you may need to change the power control board, part number PS12082989, to fix this issue. We hope this solves your problem!
I believe I got the unit out of demo mode but it is still not getting cold. What do I do next also I halso I held both the refrigerator and the freezer buttons down together. It's how I got it out of demo mode. Was tha the correct method?

Hello Joshua, thank you for your question! We have researched and found that to stop demo mode or cooling off mode, you may need to press and hold the freezer button, the ice button and the fridge button for 5 seconds. Glad to be of assistance!

It was easy! I just used an alan wrench to losen the side bolt, then slid the handle into the new mounting screws that I had hand-screwed and then tightened it all up.
