Activated water dispenser and it would not cut off. Had to turn water off to fridge itself. Tried to get access to the unit, but no luck.

Hello Michael, thank you for writing. If water or ice continuously dispense, the dispenser lever or switch may be stuck in the "pushed in" position. This is generally caused by residue build-up on the dispenser. To release it, try pressing it again. If this does not work, you can try unplugging your fridge for 5 to 10 minutes. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.

Ice machine stopped, water flow was good. so I replaced it. Worked for a couple days, then stopped. Replaced Motherboard, no improvement. Ice machine started working on it own. But stopped again after a couple days. I have noticed that the ice size varies when it works, so possibly the water pump? But is there any sensors that I should check first??
For model number RS25H5111SR

Hello Nora, thank you for contacting us. Provided that the ice maker is good, we would recommend checking the water inlet valve, part number PS4146914, and ensuring that the ice maker is getting water uninterruptedly with 20 psi pressure. A faulty valve is the probable cause of the problem. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!
