Hello Ryan, Thank you for contacting us. To fix this the Dispenser Funnel Frame will need to be replaced. I have researched the model you have provided and have found the part you are looking for is PartSelect Number PS4175965. Hope this helps!
In reference to the exterior ice and water panel on this refrigerator model, the crushed ice and water lights appear to be getting dimmer and dimmer. Is this fixable?

Unscrewed 1 screw, removed panel, disconnected old icemaker and removed it, Added new icemaker, reconnected, replaced panel, replaced screw, & reset new icemaker. Started making ice almost immediately. Threw out entire first load of ice. Working great since! I wasn’t sure if it was the icemaker or the water valve to it so had a guy come
